The London Central Mosque, which simply follows Saudia Arabia, has announced that "We are pleased to announce to the whole Muslim Community in the U.K that Sunday 25 June 2017 is the Eid ul-Fitr Day and the 1st of Shawwal 1438 Hijri."
Most people are aware of the fact that the Islamic calendar is a lunar calendar. This means that Eid is decided upon the sighting of moon and therefore it is not practical to pick a date in advance.
The month of Ramadhan can be 29 or 30 days depending on the visibility of the moon.
Muslims throughout the world, will be looking for a moonset just after sunset, If one is visible they will be celebrating Eid on Sunday.
According to moonsighting.com “On June 24, the moon can be seen with difficulty in Chile and other countries in South and Central America. On June 24, good possibility of sighting is in Peru, Ecuador, Hawaii and Polynesian Islands. On June 25, the moon can be seen easily in the whole world (See visibility curves)."
The 4 mosques of Southall will be celebrating Eid on Sunday 25 June 2017.

Central Jamia Masjid, Montague Waye are: 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 and 10.30
Jamia Masjid, Townsend Road are: 7:00, 8:15, 9:15 and 10:30
