Southall Manor House will host a showcase of local cooking talent and inspiring food training workshops this Autumn 2015, along with tours and an exhibition of the future plans.

The historic Manor House is being refurbished and brought back to life as a new hub for hospitality, supporting local jobs, skills and enterprise in catering, building on Southall's cultural diversity and excellence in food.

Showcase of local students cooking skills on Thursday 26th Nov 2015, 10 am – 3pm

Student Mystery Food Box Competition with Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College

Students from local schools and the catering College will compete in teams to design and prepare a dish from a box of mystery ingredients sourced from Southall growers and producers. The most delicious dish will win!

Come and see the judging at 12:30pm, have a tour of the historic Manor House and see the proposed plans

Event is free to attend, please register to join a tour

The event is at capacity for student participants, we hope to run further student cooking competitions in the new year. If you are a local student, school, or youth group please get in touch if interested.
