Southall taxi driver is prime suspect in murder

Police are eager to trace Mr Mohammed Habib, 40, a minicab driver from Southall, who is wanted for questioning in connection with the murder of Mr Ahmed Shah, aged 56, from Southall.

On Tuesday 5th June 2007 at approx 1.15 pm Mr Ahmed Shah was fatally stabbed in West End Road, Southall.

During his weekly Friday prayers, the imam of the nearby mosque in Townsend Road, called on the muslims gathered, to assist the police in any way they could. The mosque is very near to where the muder took place.

Mr Habib could be travelling around the UK staying in bed and breakfasts
