We would like to invite you to join us for a picnic and fun day out!

The 'Wild Things Picnic' will give you the chance enjoy some of the beauty of Minet Country Park and take part in a guided nature walk. There will be a picnic, music, a sing-a-long and children's activities, including games, face painting and arts and crafts.

11.00 am – Guided nature walk

Meet at Minet Lodge Visitors Centre, Minet Country Park Lodge and the A Rocha UK team will lead you on a walk around the park and introduce you to some of the wildlife on your doorstep. 12.00 noon – Picnic time

Bring-your-own picnic lunch and we will supply the music, followed by a sing-along. Bring your own musical instruments and join in! There will be BBQ (only veg)

1.00pm - Children’s activities

There will be games, arts and crafts and face painting - suitable for all children and the young at heart! Children must be accompanied by adult.

Come along and meet the people from your area - make friends, have some fun and enjoy what nature has to offer in Minet Country Park.
