NADRA Card & Pakistan Origin Card Surgery

NADRA - Pakistan High Commission London is holding local surgeries (Mobile Registration Team) in Southall to allow the Pakistan expatriates community to apply for the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistinis (NICOP) and Pakistan Origin Card (POC).
The service has been organised by Young Fellows Association of United Kingdom, Pakistan Workers Association, Social Welfare Society for Women, Southall, and the Jamia Masjid, Townsend Road, Southall.
Only 80 applications can be processed per day. First come basis.
Note: All applications must be handed in by 1 pm.
All the applicants need to come in person with their original documents.
No forms, photo copies or photographs are required when applying in person
Ordinary/First Time New Card £44 (takes 6 weeks)
Fast Track £68 (takes 10 days)
Ordinary/Modification/Renewal (change of name/address/date of birth) Normal £48, Fast Track £112
REQUIREMENTS
ADULTS: Pakistani/British passport, original Fathers & Mothers proof of residency/Marriage certificate, family member Nadra Card/or Urdu Digital.
CHILDREN: British passport/Full Birth certificate, original parents Pakistani/British passport/ family card number, same applies to kids.
Important:
Personal appearance of the applicant is compulsory as system requires live data entry, photo, signature and thumb impression capturing. Application cannot be processed without personal appearance of the applicant.
