When Prince Christian spurns Fairy Thistle’s advances, she puts a curse on him, turning him into a beast. He can only be saved if someone falls in love with him before the last rose in his garden dies.

Meanwhile, Charlie Cheapside seeks refuge at the beast’s castle during a storm. He innocently plucks a rose for his daughter, Beauty, but the furious beast imprisons him. Seeing an opportunity, the beast consents to release Charlie if one of his daughters will take his place as prisoner. Beauty agrees, and although she is shocked when she meets the beast she gradually softens towards him.

Can the beast win Beauty’s heart in time to return him to human form?
