Southall is a vibrant and energetic place, but we have one of the lowest rates of physical activity in London. Improving health and wellbeing in our neighbourhoods is of vital importance to our residents, and physical activity is currently a top priority.

The event is a fantastic opportunity for those who have a vested interested in supporting, delivering, and championing leisure, sport and physical activities to collaborate, generate ideas and take action.

Let's Go Southall is run by a coalition of organisations, including Ealing Council, the NHS, Southall Community Alliance, charities, voluntary groups and a variety of other service providers, to help people in Southall to be more physically active.
