Southall Community Alliance has arranged a FREE diabetes screening session with the Diabetes Integrated Care Ealing (DICE) team.
Southall Community Alliance has arranged a FREE diabetes screening session with the Diabetes Integrated Care Ealing (DICE) team.
The purpose of the day is to identify people at risk of diabetes and provide advice about management of the condition. All people who are screened will received checks of their blood pressure, weight and blood sugar.
