Ealing Council are recruiting new apprentices who are interested in working in the public sector and want to make a difference and meet the needs of a diverse community.

The apprenticeship team fully supports every apprentice. Ealing Council have had many working for them since the scheme started 15 years ago.

They have a 93% progression success rate, which is well above national average. Many apprentices going on to full-time roles including management positions within the council and employers elsewhere in both the private and public sectors.

Applicants must fulfil one of the following:

• You are a resident of the London Borough of Ealing (proof of residency will be checked)
• You currently attend a school in the London Borough of Ealing, or have valid GCSEs or equivalent obtained at an Ealing school within the past 3 years (certificates will be checked)
• You currently attend a college in the London Borough of Ealing (college registration will be checked)
• The London Borough of Ealing is your corporate parent.
