Phoenix London and Regional want to hear your views as they develop plans for the regeneration of the old Hambrough Tavern, situated just off The Broadway, Southall.

We have been developing the plans, taking into account the feedback we received from you last summer.

We want to share the exciting plans you have helped to shape which will see a significant investment in high quality build-to-rent accommodation, affordable housing, and community facilities for all.

The regeneration of this run down site will deliver a landmark building into Southall and we believe will become the catalyst for future investment.

Our vision for the regeneration is to create a positive addition to the fabric of Southall, adding to the local economy and re-providing the community hub that has been missing for some time. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
