Hanwell Hootie 2024
Date: Sat 11 May 2024Time: 3pm - 11pm
We are excited to announce that the 11th Hanwell Hootie Music Festival will be held on Saturday 11th May 2024.
We aim to cultivate young and emerging artists, celebrate the area's rich musical heritage, and instill a sense of pride in our corner of west London, firmly establishing Hanwell on the musical map.
We have consistently provided all artists with fair compensation while keeping the festival free to attend, and we remain committed to upholding these core values.
We simply don’t have the capacity to put as much of our time and energy into running the festival. This year's Hootie will have some slight differences compared to previous years.
The Hootie team will curate and fully organize our two most iconic and unique venues: the Sandy Park stage and St. Mellitus Church. Both venues will open earlier than in previous years, and we'll also feature the youth stage.
Please note: No Viaduct Meadow this year. Additionally, we're thrilled to introduce a replacement for the Busking Bus—the Busking Boat.
We're fortunate to have numerous fantastic pubs and venues in Hanwell that have been part of all previous Hooties. However, this year, the pubs will curate their own music with some support from the Hootie team. While they'll still be part of the 'Hootie day,' they'll operate independently.
Our goal is to uphold the legacy of the Hootie day experience and maintain inclusivity.
No provision for Cars is made at the Festival. Visitors are strongly advised to use public transport.
