Join experts from the Ealing Wildlife Group for a captivating workshop followed by a bat walk.

Discover the fascinating world of bats and learn about their importance. Using electronic hand-held bat detectors, you’ll locate and identify different bat species by their ultrasonic calls.

This fun and educational event is suitable for all ages; however, those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Please wear comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing, as evening temperatures can drop.

Note that the walk will be over an hour along the canal towpath in the dark, so bring a torch or use your phone's torch utility.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot. Each session is carefully scheduled to ensure the best possible experience for all participants.

Note that all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Adults book a slot, but children can accompany them.

We adhere to social distancing guidelines, and all equipment is cleaned between sessions.
