SHIAMAK'S Annual Summer Workshop and Summer Funk Show was first held in Mumbai, India in 1994. It is a one of a kind training program for students, teaching various dance styles Jazz, Hip Hop, Rock N Roll, Afro Jazz, Salsa, Shiamak's Indo Jazz and Shiamak's Bollywood Jazz.
During the workshop, students (Kids 4 to 6 years, Juniors 7 to 11 years and Adults 12 and above) are taught a complete dance routine and trained in the various disciplines of stage performance.
SHIAMAK'S Summer Funk is the grand finale to SHIAMAK's Summer Workshop. The students enjoy a complete performing arts experience - the excitement, rehearsals, costume trials, team work, discipline, professionalism and most of all performance.
