Two charged following murder in Southall

A 48-year-old man was admitted to a west London hospital suffering stab injuries at approximately 17:20hrs on Monday, 19 March 2018. The victim, Balbir Johal from Slough, died a short time later.
It is believed the victim sustained his injuries following an earlier incident, that happened in the street at Marlborough Road, Southall, near the junction with Brent Road.
Three men were arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the inquiry on Tuesday, 20 March 2018.
His next of kin have been informed and a post-mortem examination will take place on Thursday, 22 March 2018.
Hassan Mohammed , 23, of Clarence Street, Southall and Yassin Yussuf, 21, of no fixed abode were charged in the early hours of Thursday, 22 March 2018.
Both will appear in custody today (22 March) at Ealing Magistrates' Court.
