Young woman knocked down by transit van in Southall
Thu 23 Aug 2007A woman was knocked down by a blue transit van as she tried to cross the road in front of H32 bus on Western Road, Southall.
A blue transit van was involved in an accident, today at 6.12 pm, with a young woman on Western Road, Southall.
This occurred whilst the van was overtaking 2 parked buses very close to the Southall Baptist Church.
The woman tried to cross the cross the road right in front of the H32 bus and behind the other bus, along with other people.
The driver of the blue van and his colleague immediately stopped and half parked the van on the pavement. But when the police arrived they were nowhere to be seen.
