There are two parts to the event. Firstly, everyone will gather outside Southall Town Hall at 10 am. It will serve as a photo opportunity for all the VIPs gathered.
A bit later or around 11 am the British Army band will lead those gathered along Southall Broadway to Oswald Road, when the main event will be held from 10 am to 8 pm.
"Sunday morning will continue to be wet and cloudy with further spells of rain. In the afternoon it will turn drier, but will remain rather cloudy with just a few brighter spells at times."
