Criminal Behaviour Order against ongoing violent behaviour
Sat 10 Jun 2023Police have been working with Ealing Council and local businesses in Southall to target ongoing violent behaviour.
The behaviour ranges from begging to robbery, involving incidents of entering shops, stealing, and attacking staff.
On 31 May 2023, the police were successful in obtaining court approval for a 5-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
A CBO order restricts or prohibits certain behaviours of an individual who has been involved in criminal activities. The order aims to prevent further criminal behaviour and protect the community.
