A person has died as a result of a collsion with a train at Southall.

Although the accident happened earlier in the day, even commuters traveling between London Paddingon and Reading in the evening were experiencing short notice alterations, cancellations and delays of up to 55 minutes.

Southall has had more than its fair share of rail related deaths.
