Eid-ul-Fitr on Tuesday will mark the end of a month (Ramadhan) of fasting and is one of the most important events in the Muslim calendar.

There will be 4 Eid prayers, due to the mosques not being able to accomodate everybody and they start at around 7.30 am.

Normally it be a very happy occasion but many would be saddened by the fact that on Sunday some sick individual vandalised over 40 muslims graves in the local cemetery.

Due to lots of people coming into Southall to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr around the Broadway, there are always traffic restrictions in place.
