Newspaper launch in Southall

The launch for the Southall based weekly newspaper took place on the Pakistan's 63rd Independence Day, 14th of August 2010.
The inauguration at the Real Taste Restaurant on Southall Broadway was hosted by Mohammed Asif Jilani, a Senior Correspondent at BBC London.
“Aaj Kal London” was launched with the slogan of "Sachi Khabar, Achi Khabar!" meaning “True News, good News”.
The newspaper based in Southall will be widely distributed in the Pakistani community and will also be available all over the UK / Europe in news agents with 70 pence.
Renowned journalist Imdad Hussain Shezad is the Chief Editor of “Aaj Kal London”. Taha Hasan is the Editor.
The content of the newspaper will be in English and Urdu.
