Southall man sent to prison for possession of drugs
Fri 14 Mar 2014A Southall man is sent to prison for possession of drugs with intent to supply.
24 year old Rory Blake of Lancaster Road, Southall, was sentenced to 22 months imprisonment at Harrow Crown Court on Monday, 3 March, for possession of class A drugs with intent to supply after pleading guilty to the offence.
On Friday, 7 February 2014 police attended Blake’s home address and during a search of the premises a quantity of heroin and a large amount of cash was found. He was arrested and subsequently charged.
Detective Inspector Naz Rana, Ealing Gangs Task Force, said: "This sentence is a clear message to anyone involved in the illegal supply of drugs - we will come after you, leaving no safe place for those who choose to devastate our community.
