Mon 22 Sep 2014
Detectives in Ealing are appealing for witnesses to another stabbing in Southall.

On Thursday, 18 September at approximately 14:30hrs, police were called to reports of a stabbing outside the Post Office in Hunt Road.

When police attended the scene they were told by a member of the public that a group of youths had been fighting in the street.

Officers administered first aid to the victim prior to the arrival of the London Ambulance Service who conveyed him to a west London hospital for treatment.

Acting Detective Sergeant Mark Hunt, CID at Acton, said: "I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident to contact me. This fight was in broad daylight so I am confident someone will have vital information to aid my investigation."

"Police in Ealing will not tolerate such violence on our streets, so I urge people with information to do their public duty; pick up the phone and help us to make your streets safer."
