The Southall Political Circus is Over
Fri 20 Jul 2007Labour has retained the seat of Ealing Southall with a comfortable majority.
The political clowns can go home and the residents will no longer have to endure:
- political parties activists causing obstructions on Southall Broaway
- Eager political activists wanting to know your concerns, who you are going to vote for and who you voted for
- Being bombarded with political junk mail
Will the residents see any positive activity/actions after this?
The election result was as follows:- Virendra SHARMA - The Labour Party - 15,188 (41.5%)
- Nigel BAKHAI - Liberal Democrats - 10,118 (27.6%)
- Tony LIT - The Conservative Party - 8,230 (22.5%)
